Sometime in february, public nominations are culled down to “top 5 in each category”, which is then subject to a combined public vote/awards panel process.

So even though we have @DrRachie in #1, there’ll be more work to be done in the next phase.

Fingers crossed that the panel doesn’t consist of woo-mongers too…
