		<description><![CDATA[Just want to mention deadlines. Sometime in february, public nominations are culled down to &quot;top 5 in each category&quot;, which is then subject to a combined public vote/awards panel process.

So even though we have @DrRachie in #1, there&#039;ll be more work to be done in the next phase.

Fingers crossed that the panel doesn&#039;t consist of woo-mongers too...]]></description>
